Villa Tranquila and its Ambiance:
Villa Tranquila is a spectacular Mexican-style villa located on Playa de Coco, 25 minutes north of the Manzanillo airport and adjacent to one of the country's most exclusive resorts, Isla Navidad. The surrounding peninsula is an expansive recreational destination and boasts superb facilities including a stunning 27-hole golf course, a marina and a tennis ranch and spa.
Built on a lush lot with over 7,000 sq ft of living space, this six-bedroom villa has three levels to enjoy- from the expansive ocean floor to the sunset deck. The ocean floor offers 3 bedrooms, an office, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, an office and nearly floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that allow for constant views of the playa and ocean while offering easy access to the pool terrace. The living room furniture is comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. A bedroom off to the side offers a view of the ocean while you doze off to sleep serenaded by the sweeping waves.
The pool and patio face the ocean and includes a 50-foot infinity pool and a Jacuzzi to enjoy under the shade of a palm tree or under the myriad of stars at night. Also on the terrace is a pergola and dining area where up to 12 guests can enjoy meals throughout the day or watch the stunning sunset at dinner.. The poolside dining area and seating area also offers a BBQ and provides the perfect setting for entertaining.
The second floor includes a large master bedroom featuring a domed ceiling with an indoor Jacuzzi, large enough for two, yet cozy enough to sooth your muscles as you look upon the sky. Outside, a spacious deck awaits you. Cooled by the shade of a thatched roof, you can view the ocean while enjoying a rest or a good read. The second floor also includes a separate bedroom and full bath with access to one deck facing the ocean in front or facing the jungle and mountains in back.
The third level features a thatch-roofed palapa bar with expansive views of the ocean, the mountains and the jungle. From this perspective, you can actually see the sunrise and the sunset without ever moving a step. The sunset bar provides a place for meals, for cocktails or even a relaxing massage.
The detached Casita is breathtakingly beautiful. With its deep azure blue tiled dome outside and the brick domed interior, you will realize you have arrived in paradise. The Great Room features a media and entertainment center, complete with a DVD player, a 52-inch flat screen, a Wii game console, a billiards table and more. With two full walls of glass, you and your friends can enjoy the view of the pool, the ocean while comfortably sitting inside. In the rear of the casita, a full bedroom and bath is available.
The Villa’s large open layout with multiple terraces easily accommodates wedding parties and business events in an elegant hacienda setting reflecting warmth and joy juxtaposed against stunning views of the Playa and Ocean which combine for unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime events.
